Standard Shipping

Orders placed using this service will typically arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). You will be able to track your order through USPS.  $7.50 (Due to COVID we are experiencing delays. Please allow a few more days for tracking to update).

Priority Shipping

Orders placed using this service will typically arrive within 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). You will be able to track your order through USPS.   $15 If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to this option please email our CS team to request this option and we will invoice you the difference. Please email us as soon as the order is placed. (Due to COVID we are experiencing delays. Please allow a few more days for tracking to update).

Overnight (Express) Shipping $30

Orders placed using this service will arrive the following day if placed before 12:00 PM PST. If the order is placed after 12:00 PM PST with this service, it will arrive 1 day after the following day (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to this option please email our CS team to request this option and we will invoice you the difference. Track My Order

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number. MIMA Boutique is not Responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Customer(s) assumes all responsibility once a confirmation number is issued. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Shipping addresses CANNOT be updated once tracking has been assigned. Customers pays for shipping both ways if  item needs to  be sent back.

Return Policy

Don’t love your purchase from us? Not to worry, you have 7 days from your delivery date to return for a store gift card. Items should only be returned if the item is unworn and in its original condition – if not, we cannot issue the store gift card. Refunds and exchanges are not available. Return fee is covered by the customer. Customers only have 24 hrs to cancel order from time of purchase otherwise, order will be shipped in the order it was placed & customer will be responsible for returned package.  Sale items, shoes, accessories, bodysuits & swimwear are all Final Sale and may not be returned under any circumstances – these are yours to
keep!

Return FAQs

How long after receiving my order can I make a return?

You have up to 7 days to return your order after the day it was delivered. If you return your order after the 7 day time period, it will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us and using your store gift card to place a new order.

Can I get a refund?

We currently do not offer refunds for unwanted orders. You will, however, receive a gift card via e-mail that you can use at any point to make another purchase!

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your items to be returned back to us. Our Returns Department will send you a confirmation e-mail once your return has been received and processed. If you have not heard any communication from us after the 10 business day timescale, please contact us at knock@mima-boutique.com however, these things take time so please be patient!

I received the wrong item, how should I go about returning it?

If you received the wrong item, firstly, we apologize! E-mail knock@mima-boutique.com with your order number, incorrect item, and what you are missing from your order. We will take care of you!
